        Individual therapy sessions will offer you a direct one-on-one approach. Focusing on growth and empathy to create a transformative environment where you can explore your emotions, behaviors, and thoughts with guidance. As your therapist I will foster an atmosphere of deep empathy, offering a safe space where you feel understood and validated without judgment.         Couples therapy will focus on growth and empathy aiming to strengthen the relationship by fostering mutual understanding, emotional connection, and personal development. In this approach, both partners are encouraged to reflect on their individual needs, desires, and challenges, while also learning to deeply empathize with each other’s experiences and emotions. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where both partners can express themselves openly, listen actively, and work through conflicts with respect and compassion. This type of therapy emphasizes the importance of growth—not just as a couple, but also as individuals—helping each partner develop skills in communication, emotional regulation, and empathy. By focusing on both personal and relational growth, couples are empowered to build a healthier, more supportive connection that can weather challenges and evolve over time.
